Eliana is certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga for expectant and new moms. Prenatal yoga can help relieve many common discomforts of pregnancy and prepare the body physically and mentally for labor and becoming a parent. Since many poses are not safe for pregnancy and can make physical recovery more difficult, it’s important to work with someone who is certified in prenatal yoga to adapt the practice safely. Each pregnancy is a unique journey, and Eliana prides herself on creating sequences that are customized to the pregnant person’s unique fitness, health, and personality. She is also a mother of two young children and has lots of knowledge to share from her own pregnancies, births, postpartum recoveries and breastfeeding journeys. She is passionate about empowering women to listen to their own intuition as they transition and grow as mothers.
